SSF and LSF processes were independently performed in triplicate.
Chemical analyses of each batch were carried out in duplicate,
and each determination was analysed three times. Data were subjected
to one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) using Statgraphics
Centurion XVI software, version 16.1.17 (Statistical Graphics Corp,
Rockville, MD, USA). Significant differences between samples were
determined by using the least significant difference (LSD) test at
P 6 0.05 probability level. Principal components analysis (PCA)
was performed with covariance matrix obtained by data transformation
using MultBiplot software (Vicente-Villardon, 2010).
