Schedules for PM programs can come from a variety of sources.
Equipment suppliers often suggest maintenance activities; franchisors may mandate PM schedules; local ordinances may require specific PM activities; and most importantly, the skill and experience of the chief engineer, combined with his or her knowledge of the hotel’s needs, dictate PM schedules.
