Instruments.‘ Data were collected through use of five instruments, including the: Demographic Data Collection Form; Children’s Eating Behaviour Questionnaire (CEBQ);25 modified Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ);26 modified Physical Activity Questionnaire (PAQ);27 and, Food Parenting Practice (FPP).28 Permission for use and translation of all copyrighted instruments was obtained from the owners of the instruments. The CEBQ and FPP, which had no existing Thai version, were translated into Thai, and then back—translated into English, to make certain no changes in meaning occurred, using the technique suggested by Hilton and Skrutkowski.”
