Condition below ;
1. Vendor shall provide the lifting arrangement for the VSD skid by providing:
a) Consider a single lift together with the roof framing, Vendor shall consider to design the roof framing as lifting frame. Lifting lugs shall be welded on the roof / lifting frame. This lifting configuration will not require any spreader bar.
b) If the lifting lugs are fixed at the skid frame, spreader bar/frame may require to allow the slings to clear from the roof frame. Spreader bar shall be supplied by vendor.
2. All lifting arrangement and spreader bar (if require) to be provided by vendor. The design calculation and drawings shall be certified by third party with certificate of approval.
3. For installation the VSD skid shall be skidded to its final position. Vendor shall ensure the skid base is flat to facilitate skidding.
4. The VSD skid shall be welded onto the existing floor plate all around. The top of skid shall be fully plated to avoid water trapping within the skid. (refer to attached mounting details drawing)
