Notwithstanding the grading labels, when organic processed foods are produced, manufactured and processed by the same producer or manufacturer, and are graded by Anicle l4 and Article 19-3 of the Law Concerning Standardization and Proper Labelling of Agricultural and Forestry products (Law N0.l75 of 1950), those plant and livestock products are permitted to be used
as ingredients as well.
