Table 5 demonstrates the relationships of the independent variables –sex, field study, and students’ study year among the dependent variables –the three aspects of the situations in the online registration system. The results revealed thatthe students in different study years showed show their relationships in two aspects of failure situation and output in the online registration system with the statistical significance at p = ≥.05 and ≥.01, respectively. In addition, the failure situation indicated was also relevant to the add-withdraw and output in the online registration system with the statistical significance at ≥.01.
