Treat people how you wish to be treated!
Hi there, my name is Brendan, or Bren for short. I am a single man who has never married as yet and doesn't have any children.

Can I start by saying that I have had several women asking for Skype, Facebook, WhatsApp, Kik or Line. But can we agree from the start that trust and friendship has to be built first (and that works both ways, so I have to make an effort on here too!). Let's do that side of things on here and THEN move over to more direct contact later, okay?

I know this profile is quite long, but it's honest and genuine, so please read it all before contacting me. Also, please don’t ask me questions that are already answered in this profile, because it means you didn’t bother reading it.

Some people say they don’t get on here much (which is why they suggest other contact methods), but my feeling is quality is more important than quantity. So don’t panic over sending X messages a day or week. Just concentrate on making sure the few messages you send are genuine, sincere, honest and true. Okay?

Also, if you want us to talk, then talk to me and message me, don't just click on "show interest". After all, what better way is there to show interest in a person than to make an effort by actually contacting them?

I have joined to make friends abroad and I am happy to help you to learn your English better by us communicating and becoming friends on here. At the moment, all I can honestly and sincerely offer is friendship. That said, who knows what the future will bring for any of us, agreed?

I have been to America, Spain and Australia. Thailand is next on my plans, in either 2015 or 2016 at the latest. My interests and hobbies are listening to music from the 50's to 80's, going to the theatre or a concert, going for walks, visiting friends, doing some voluntary work and naturally riding my motorbike.

I have never smoked and only have a couple of pints of Guinness two or three times a year. I'm a very tactile person who likes to share sensual kisses and cuddles with my loved one (although I don't have a loved one at present) and I know and respect there is a difference between making love and just having sex.

Finally and on a very personal and sensitive subject..... children. Please note that I am medically unable to Father children and I mention this now so that you don't feel cheated or that I've not been open and honest about something that is very dear to many women, okay? I am what some people would say.... shooting blanks!
