I was going to say before I saw the below was that I’d query Aki asking at what point should direct support become project labour to better reflect actual time.
Agree, probably more a general query whether time below is a fair reflection of actual support provided to SEA over & above general corporate marketing work performed? Along with this is there anything Nikki does that we should look to transfer to SEA?
If we wanted Nikki to recharge time as project labour to individual locations in SEA would this be OK to setup internally? What would be the project labour charge out rate on this?
Thinking my end, if costs roughly similar, but if it gives SEA a bit more flexibility & transparency around Nikki’s costs as our marketing activity increases then project labour would lead to better decision choices around marketing spend.
Let me know, what’s possible around this as conscious I’d need to get GM support for any change.
