We have to confuse for standard process billing.
Normally we got the memory for processing about ETA month end
And billing support cut off time about 10th monthly .
Now! why you have infm notice for monthly ? can you explain ?
For ETA 3 we can’t support within Apr.04,2014 naa kaa.
However, we try to support you within Apr 10,2014 kaa
So can you plz kindly understand us process as well.
