Today it is believed that the human body could ideally grow to around 120 years old. American scientist Durk Pearson and Sandy Shaw believe in an average lifespan of 800 years, if we would age less. George C. Williams and Randolph M. Nesse, two well-known American evolutionary biologists, suggest a possible life span of about 690 years. Disregarding any speculation about the potential human life span, there is proof that we can reduce the biological age and extend the apparent beauty of people utilizing certain preventive measures.
