By comparing the way the biblical and cultural worldviews value the different C’s on the Companionship Pyramid, a clear distinction can be made between the two ways to approach relationships and marriage.
1. First through the biblical worldview based on the Word of God.
a. That would be the wise way because the couple fear’s God and follows His designs for marriage (Psalm 111:10; Proverbs 1:7; Ecclesiastes 12:13-14; 1 John 5:1-3).
2. Second through the cultural worldview based on the ways of men.
a. That would be the foolish way because the couple does not fear God and forsakes His designs for marriage (Psalm 14:1; Proverbs 22:3; Romans 1:18-25).
3. So what is your choice when it comes to relationships and the search for a suitable helper? Are you going to choose to be wise or to be a fool?
