*organize, manage, and execute initial and follow-up communications, travel, facilities set-up, programs, and program participants.
 *Records minutes, maintains records of actions coming from Executive Vice President meetings.
* Maintains confidential records and files pertaining to meetings of the Executive Vice President.
 *Interprets and applies University policies as they pertain to the operations of the University and the Office of the Executive Vice President
 *Oversees the management of calendar and relieves of managerial detail including, but not limited to, scheduling and rescheduling and prioritizing as needed, managing the organization of the daily agenda.
 *Provides supervision, training, instruction; coordinates and prioritizes workload; manages conflict and takes corrective action when necessary; recommends discipline and makes hiring decisions for the Office of the Executive Vice President’s support staff.
 *Manages the operational budget for the Office of the Executive Vice President.
 *Performs other duties and special projects as assigned or directed.
