Just found this news regarding the Administration Court's judgement imposing compensation on a condo which did not go through a proper public hearing. The construction of the condo did not follow the preventive measures, including the blocking of sun and wind. Unfortunately the compensation is very low, 35,000 THB per household.

Please have it translated into English for further understanding.
As you can see, if we wait until after the EIA approval, we will have to pursue the claim with the Administrative Court. The compensation amount would not be worth while. All documents during pre-construction stage will be used as our supporting evidence in court in the future.
We will try to get a copy of the judgement to study further.
