RESPONSIBILITIES
The MD has to manage the business as a whole, growing the business from what it is today, to managing current customers, to seek out new business development, to search for potential new mergers & acquisitions, to ensure that the operations run smoothly, to managing the finance of the business, to overseeing the people issues, etc. Hence, we see the potential MD candidate to be one who has experience in running a business already but someone who is keen to “build” a business, rather than a candidate who wants to step into a matured and established business and to just “maintain” the status quo.
