Corresponding by all means with the customers to fulfil the sale including price quotation up to close the sale.
2. Service the customer all the information and other to satisfy the customers to make the successful sale follow up.
3. Approach and follow up new customers to expand the sale volume.
4. Coordinate with suppliers to get good support for the sale, prepare s/c and follow up the orders to maximize profit.
5. Coordinate with all parties concerned including shipping line, shipping , document section, etc to make the successful shipment to the customers.
6. Follow up the payment to make sure that all transaction is paid according to term and condition as per agreement.
7. Coordinate with all parties concern and follow up the claim and complaint to improve and correct the product / compensation up to customer / supplier satisfactory.
8. Prepares the shipping advise to all parties concerned , including all the shipment and other expenses report to the accounting department.
9. Collecting data and supporting the management level in preparing sale plan and marketing strategy.
10. Other relative administrative work.
