Further, the increasing temperature reduced the percentage of ethanol production and it is mainly due to
denaturation of the yeast cells (Periyasamy et al., 2009).
Khan et al. (2012) studied the effects of temperature on
bioethanol production and observed that maximum bioethanol was produced at 35°C as compared to bioethanol
produced at 23 and 28°C, respectively.
