monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
As a chef of Aroy Dee Thai Restaurant, it is my responsible to make sure that all the food and every dishes out from my kitchen are well prepare, well cooked, well presented, value, nutrition and consistent. For me to do so, I need to observe closely of quality of food ingredient I use, its freshness and pay attention to preparation and cooking make sure the food is balance and not overcook. As a chef, consistent, taste, nutrition and well present are very important.
