How to update incident:
- www.service.sap.com/inbox
Items came from SAP will be found under Inbox Tap(incidents at customer action, solution proposed status)
Items you sent to SAP will be found under Sent Items(incidents at in process status)
Click on Short Text to go into the details of the incident
Please check at Communication tap for the latest memo
Check the processor’s reply and fulfill the corresponding information click on Send to SAP, then the incident will be sent back to SAP
