I am so tired today and CRANKY! Why? It's Day 2 of the 3 Day Refresh and the 2nd day is always the hardest for me. My body is ridding toxins and will be ready to reboot healthier habits after a summer of emotional eating (and wine-ing).
Technically you don't have to workout during the Refresh but I chose to do one- I knew it would make me feel better and I do!
Country Heat is awesome for anyone at any fitness level and there's the modifier too- so I did some Country Swing and now for a catnap!
