• Assist Brand Manager to initiate and develop a year plan for the in charge products.
• Assist Brand Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies, activities and ad-hoc campaign (ATL & BTL) for driving sales in both traditional trade and modern trade channels.
• Coordinate with cross functions, agencies, and partners to support the plan and internal process related to the market.
• Manage a budget to deliver the sales, margin and profit as a plan (P&L Management), including plan and control PR budget.
• Monitor brand performance against the target; analyse market trends, sales growth, sales drivers/ barriers and competitor’s strategies to identify potential opportunities and gaps.
• Perform feasibility study on the NPD project and prepare for nationwide launch. Manage the entire new product development process from market analysis, consumer behavior research, product concept, product test and pricing strategies to ensure timely launch.
