2.2. Essential oil extraction
The EOs of coriander, celery and bush-basil were extracted from
entire plant (stems, leaves and flowers) by hydro-distillation
assisted by microwaves using a Clevenger-type apparatus for
30 min. The oily layer obtained on top of the aqueous distillate was
separated and dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate (0.5 g). The nutritional quality and safety caused by the formation of secondary,
