Your accountability has been essential to achieve and to go beyond the objectives set for 2016. Despite the difficult environment we are facing, CEPSA is very satisfied with the achievements of our team. I encourage you all to keep working as a team and to keep the level of performance displayed so far.
The Company wants to accompany the achievement of the objectives with an important effort in your variable remuneration. I’m very pleased to inform you that;
· There will be a discretional bonus based on the Company results and your individual performance evaluation, to be paid in December.
· The Company will complete the portfolio of social benefits started early 2016 with the improvement of paid leaves and with the implementation during the 1st quarter of 2017 of one Provident fund.
