2. Pre-Course Assessment – This is a 180° assessment of your current skills in relation to the SDP core elements - Professional Efficiency, Teamwork, People and Communication. You and your manager will receive another email from me today. It will take 5 - 10 minutes to complete and you should allow yourself some private, uninterrupted time for best results. During the program you will receive a copy of your assessment report for your review with the facilitator.

3. Commitment and Obligation - Your full attendance during this period and your continued commitment to the workplace assignment will be fundamental to you maximising the learning outcomes of this leadership program.

4. Write up your Key Learning Objectives*****

Before joining the SDP course, please review the Course Overview and write a few sentences or a paragraph on what you aim to achieve from your participation. Key areas for your own development that you want to accomplish would be ideal. This will be reviewed by your respective manager and myself prior to your attendance. Please email this to me by 23 April 2015.

1. Comfortable casual business dress and shoes to suit group activities and exercises
