5.1 Before the expiry of this agreement 60 days, the lessee must notify the lessor in writing whether or not desire to renew this agreement or to confirm the expiry of the agreement at least 7 days from the date which the lessor has made a notice of expiry of the agreement.
5.2 In case of cancellation of the agreement or the agreement has become null and void or voidable, it shall be considered to be a dissolution of the both parties to this agreement. In taking legal action, it must be made in the court of justice in Bangkok to be in compliance with the law of the Royal Kingdom of Thailand and during the proceedings, Thai and English will be translated.
