I appreciate this information. However, I think you misunderstood my inquiry. I was informed by the desk attendance that Rikka Inn canceled my reservation, as the card had not gone through. We then paid with a different card on the spot as my reservations had been canceled (without any notification to me). When I returned home, I saw that I was charged after the fact for the reservations, which should not have occurred as we paid for new bookings in-person as we had been informed that Rikka Inn canceled my reservations. Please reverse the charges.
