Antimicrobial potential of endophyt

Antimicrobial potential of endophytes was evaluated by Agar well diffusion method and MIC values were calculated by 96 multi-well
micro titer plates against (ATCC) strains of human pathogenic gram negative bacteria viz. Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabilis, Pseudomonas
aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumonia, Salmonella typhi, Shigella flexneri, Serratia marcescens and gram positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus,
Enterococcus faecalis. Reference fungal strains were Candida albicans and A. niger.
