However, blending methods resulting from supercritical
carbon dioxide (SC-CO2) extraction of CB analog fats from MSF and
their blends are still un explored area of research. The objective of this
study was to determine the triglyceride composition of the blends
of MSF and palm oil mid-fraction (POMF). We also determined the
thermal behaviors and SFC of these blends using DSC and pNMR. Finally,
the triglyceride compositions for various blends were correlated with
their SFC.
