Lipase activitywas found to be inhi

Lipase activity
was found to be inhibited by 2 mM CuCl2 (about 75% inhibition),
while other ions didn’t exhibit consistent effects at a concentration
of 2 mM, whereas ethylene diamine tetra-acetate (EDTA) had
a slight inhibitory effect but at a concentration of 10 mM (Table 1).
