Travel/flight Information
The travel/flight information board is very important in modern airports because passengers base their plans on them.
In small airports, there is no need to use computers to update travel/flight information boards because the number of flights arriving/departing is small (less than 20 per day). In such cases, travel/flight in formation boards can be updated manually, perhaps once every 4 hours.
Large airports may handle hundreds of flights per hour. Doing this manually would involve many people running around updating the travel/flight information boards. This is labour intensive and vulnerable to human errors.
