Change Control
1. The Warehouse shall establish a procedure to ensure that no change with an impact to Quality, food safety, regulatory or Kosher/Halal status, or efficacy of the material occurs prior to a thorough, cross-functional evaluation of the proposed change.
2.The Warehouse shall communicate in writing to Mead Johnson prior to making any change with an impact to Quality, food regulatory or Kosher/Halal status, or efficacy of the material.
3. Examples of changes that require notification include usage of a new IT/Inventory system, change to anew storage facility, implementation of new technology such as bar code scanners, change to the facility such as roof replacement, repairs to the building that could impact MJN product.
4. The Warehouse should communicate to MJN if there is the addition of handling active pharmaceutical ingredients, antibiotics, pesticides, or herbicides.
5. The Warehouse should communicate to MJN if the addition of any new allergen ingredients occurs to the warehouse site.
