(vii) material safety data sheets (MSDS) for the chemicals at the site,
(viii) maps of the plant and surrounding areas,
(ix) latest report of consequence assessment of chlorine release,
(x) emergency power supply,
(xi) knowledge about the types of personal protective equipment and its locations,
(xii) lay out maps to indicate
(a) area(s) affected by the accident,
(b) position and movement of the vapour clouds,
(c) position of the response teams,
(d) evacuation areas and assembly points.
