• Carry out basic preparation of food and simple cooking.
• Carry out general kitchen duties e.g. washing, cleaning, etc.
• Clean Kitchen, Its surroundings and equipment.
• Serve meals ensuring correct portion control is observed.
• Responsible for cooking Omelet, Fried egg, Poached egg, Scrambled egg, Boiled egg.
• Performing temperature checks on all refrigerators and freezer.
• Responsible for taking care and refilling all of buffet line included hot kitchen, cold kitchen,
• Responsible for supporting all staffs to cook and prepare food in buffet line both breakfast and dinner.
Responsible for doing the fruit.
• Responsible for Roti or Banana pancake.
