3.4. Cyanidin 3-galactoside
In 2003 at Perth Hills, concentration of cyanidin 3-galactoside in
the fruit skin of was significantly increased from an initial 71 g g−1
fw at CM (189 DAFB) to 863 g g−1 fw at 231 DAFB (Fig. 5A). A 12-
folds increase in the concentration of cyanidin 3-galactoside in the
fruit skin was recorded 231 DAFB after CM than at CM from Perth
Hills. In 2004 from Perth Hills, 4-fold increase in the concentration
of cyanidin 3-galactoside in fruit skin occurred at 2-week after
CM (203 DAFB) (Fig. 5B). Concentrations of cyanidin 3-galactoside
in fruit skin also increased significantly (P ≤ 0.05) in both years at
Donnybrook (Fig. 5C and D).
