The Chairman requested the Meeting to consider appointment of the Company’s auditor and fixing their remuneration.

Ms. Munchupa Singsuksawat, Certified Public Accountant No. 6112,
Ms. Sujitra Masena, Certified Public Accountant No. 8645
Ms. Nareewan Chaibantad, Certified Public Accountant No. 9219,

Auditors of KPMG Phoomchai Audit Limited, to be the auditors of the Company for the 4KI, any one of them being authorized to conduct the audit and report on the annual accounts,

And the auditor’s fee will be at Baht 180,000 for the financial 4KI.

Having considered the matter, the Meeting unanimously resolved as follows:
