If you receive a wrong item, please contact customer center within 7 days of receipt.
Include pictures of the barcode tag / item / order list and post them on board or send to our e-mail.
We will assist you to get a replacement and related extra cost will be borne by Stylenanda.
If you request to get a different option (size or color) other than what you first ordered, then, it will be considered as exchange due to change of mind so shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Your order will be handled under following procedure:
①You will be asked to post photos of the wrongly shipped item on Q&A board or through e-mail
②Return the item and send us the receipt of the return cost, which will later be refunded
③Return cost will be refunded in store credit first
Even for wrong shipped items, they'll not be accepted if item shows signs of use.
