On day 4 of display, lambs fed flax based diets (average of Flax and FlaxAlgae) had higher redness (P b 0.05; 13.5 vs 12.7, SED = 0.19) or lower brownness formation (P b 0.05; 2.63 vs 2.44, SED = 0.08) in the muscle LL than those fed without flax (average of Basal and Algae) in the diet.
