Able to handle all administrative support and the day-to-day operations of office services to ensure the office environment and company's administrative needs are met efficiently and well organized.
Order handling, purchasing, shipment handling & logistics coordination.
Coordinate contract and payments with clients and suppliers.
Coordinate accountant and keep a record & monthly report of accounting transactions & taxations.
Support HR function in general such as employee activities, coordinating the recruitment of staff, when vacancies arise, in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure.
Perform other related duties and Ad hoc administrative function as required.
Qualifications:
Female, Thai nationality with 3-5 Years of working experience are preferable
Bachelor degree or Higher vocational certificate in any of Administration, Accounting or any related field
Have a positive attitude, and be service orientated with excellent interpersonal and coordination skill
High responsible with attention to detail and command.
Pleasant personality, Honesty & Integrity, Systematic and logical thinking.
Computer literate skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet
Good communication skills in English of both writing and speaking.
