In the static adsorption experiment, 2g of adsorbent
and 15ml of aqueous crude flavonoids solution
prepared in section 2.2 were introduced into an
air-tight Erlenmeyer flask of IOOml capacity, which
was then shaken (100rmin-I) in a water-bath shaker
at 25°C for 24h. Static desorption was also performed
in the shaker at 25°C for 8h
