Please be informed that due to change of office address effective June 1, 2016, Finance will need to clear all the financial documents related to Invoice & Tax Invoice (Receipt) of FY2016 no later than June 8. After that, SAP will update the new office address to the system. Therefore, any Invoice or Credit Notes that you may key into the system between June 1 – 8 will not be printed during these days.
