In Malaysia, there are several ways to reach customers by using different in mass media such as Television, brochure, promoting events, and online booking. Nowadays, mass media has an important role in Malaysia society. Firstly, Television is a channel to reach a group of people who are watching television such as a group of housewife or retirement who have time to watch television more than others who have to work regular time at the office as an example. Secondly, brochure, is another channel to reach to customers by face-to–face or able to have some communication with them if they need more information. Thirdly, Malaysian organized many events and campaigns up to date. Malaysian people are interested in the events and the campaigns more as it is more attractive. Lastly, online booking is the biggest strategy to be able to comfort all Airasia’s customers to booking easier, more convenient for them this method will help both of Airasia and customers save time and cost more.
