• Responsible for Sales turnover and profitability of division.
• Responsible for long term strategic planning (3 years), all sales budgets, including trade promotion and co-promotion program
• Develop strategies, budgeting, planning of trade marketing & sales division.
• Manage distributor sales team to achieve company target and gain mutual agreement to assure the implementation of trade activities and promotion.
• Develop, implement, evaluate trade promotion programs & toll to drive sales under division’s brand and consciously monitor trade budget for key 4 channels (Modern Retail, Local Trade Retail, van & Trade professional.
• Set up manual of product assortment analysis by channel & merchandising standard to win at retail.
• Organize sales process in the areas of channel management, budget allocation and control.
• Be coached leader of key account management, business review and application, trade agreement negotiation, account plan and promotion effectiveness programs for Modern trade retail sales team.
• Initiate sales recognition program to stimulate distributor’s sales force.
• Find new opportunities to grow business in multi angles; build business with key customers or through channels developments.
• Be a coordinator and one of the S&OP project team to work closely with different functions involved forecasting to reconcile the demand forecast and monitor its accuracy successfully.
• Manage sales & market share target with given A&P budget
• Working closely both in the market and in the meeting with sales teams to identify business opportunities and co-develop the solution to strengthen the business
