4. Conclusions
The BDFCO–BTO and BDFO–BTO composites ceramics were prepared by a solid state reaction method. Improved magnetic properties are observed for the BDFCO–BTO composite compared to BDFO–BTO composite. It is evidenced that the composites exhibit improved magnetic properties and ME coupling compared to undoped BFO. Among the composites, ME coupling for BDFCO–BTO composite is superior to that of BDFO–BTO composite. The studied composites may pave way to further investigation for enhancing the multiferroic properties and spintronics application.
