As we inspected, your request is hardly accepted as following reason.
Firstly, when the cargo was delivered to the customer, they signed the quality mark on their destination without any problems.
If there is any problem they had to inform and claim on that day, and we were informed 3 days after delivery complete then the time is too late for inspection.
Secondly, there were cargos going to three customers, and the other cargos were normal condition except for the troubled cargos.
If our delivery caused the trouble then other cargos had to be same troubled condition, but only that coils were troubled.
Also it’s very hard for us to see the coil condition inside by out visual.
We regret to inform the request is hardly acceptable because the cause is not clear.
