I do not think you understand what I mean, so please allow me to explain further.
• Items 1, 3, 7 and 9 - You ordered PRGE/218/BI/M25/INM on the 05.08.2015 which we completed manufacture on the 29.09.2015. You are now asking us to change this fitting to PRGE/218/BI/M25/IS/INM. A new fitting needs to be made as the existing fitting cannot be modified. You need to pay for this old fitting.
• Items 2, 4, 8 and 10 - You ordered PRGE/236/BI/M25/INM on the 05.08.2015 which we completed manufacture on the 29.09.2015. You are now asking us to change this fitting to PRGE/236/BI/M25/IS/INM. A new fitting needs to be made as the existing fitting cannot be modified. You need to pay for this old fitting.
• Items 5 and 11 - You ordered 854N/250/MA/A2/M25 on the 05.08.2015 which we completed manufacture on the 29.09.2015. You are now asking us to change this fitting to EC2N/250/MS/PE/A2/M25. This is an entirely different fitting. You need to pay for the old fitting.
Basically you cannot change the fittings after the original ones have been made and then not pay for the fittings you do not need.
Please issue a new PO that includes ALL the fittings on Rev 1 and the changed fittings on Rev 2.
