In the present study, the effect of AAA on color stability and surface roughness of a dental composite submitted to different systems and periods of nishing/polishing was evaluated. Based on the results obtained, it may be af rmed that the tested hypothesis was partially accepted, since there was a difference in the levels of color alteration as a result of the systems and periods of nishing/polish- ing studied, however, there was no signi cant alteration in surface roughness.
