Based on the above considerations, the objectives of cur-
rent work were to (1) investigate the effect of PDTHIC
temperature and air absolute humidity on drying kinetics
of apricots, (2) determine the applicability of the Weibull
model and the effects of absolute humidity and tempera-
ture on shape and scale parameters of Weibull model,
and (3) evaluate the quality of dried apricots in terms of
CIE color parameters L
