2.3. Phase structure
The phase structures of the samples before and after deuterium
absorption were identified by a Rigaku TTRⅢ X-ray diffractometer
(XRD) using Cu K-alpha radiation, with an accelerating voltage of
40 KV and a current of 300 mA in a standard thetaetheta continuous
scan geometry. The morphology and types of zirconium hydrides
were examined by transmission electron microscope (TEM),
FEI tecnai G2 F30 S-TWIN at an accelerating voltage of 300 KV
