parnell and murray 's stories are similar in that they both accepted jobs and then changed their minds, quickly their switching allegiances to a different employer.there,however,their stories deverge. while pernell maintained a good relationship
with the first companyby being honest about her thoughts and feelings before starting work, murray's approach of working for a short period while still communicating with another company created a strained relationship with his first employer,which had already invested time and resources in training him. possibly there's no good way to avoid problems when leaveing a job you've just started,but honesty and especially keeping an employer informed in as timely a manner as possible can go a lonf=g way in creating a win-win situation
