Today I went to make a refund at Zara Siam Paragon. The staff name 'Wanida' was serving me but behaved rudely in an unprofessional manner. She did not even explained what was going on - leaving me alone at the cashier while she was out doing whatever she was doing - neither saying sorry when she come back. Just a kind advice, please train your staff better. Zara provides premium clothes - but their staff behaves in an opposite way, degrading the brand as a whole.
