Power supply is designed according to power requirements
of main components of dynamic torque sensor. Different
power supply is adopted dynamic torque sensor and RF
receiver circuit. Dynamic torque sensor is supplied by
lithium batteries. Compared with other forms of power
supply, lithium batteries supply is convenient, fast and will
not produce circuit interference. Moreover, Lithium
batteries have many other advantages such as
high-voltage, small size, light weight, strong adaptability,
long service life and pollution-free. While the power
supply of RF receiver circuit is different. In this paper,
only power supply of the dynamic torque sensor is
discussed, which is a power rotating with shaft. MAX1790
power converter is used to supply 10V voltage to the
electric bridge, as shown in Fig. 7.
